RAMSEY- Second-seeded Glen Rock, No. 8 on NJ.com’s Top 20, is having a season for the ages, remaining unbeaten on the season, with only a 1-1 tie to Rutherford on October 18 being the only non-win on their season. Accolades on the season include the 2018 Bergen County Tournament championship and capturing the NJIC Colonial Division title.
They captured another title, winning the North 1, Group 2 championship with a 4-1 win over top-seeded and No. 16 Ramsey Thursday afternoon. It’s the first sectional championship for Glen Rock since 2010.
They will now take on Hackettstown, the North 2, Group 2 champions in the Group 2 Semifinals Tuesday at 5:00 p.m. at Ridge High School.
